Sylva Smart Lodge is a private chalet in Val Rendena, designed to welcome up to 7 guests in an elegant, intimate setting completely surrounded by nature. The house is arranged over two levels and offers spacious interiors, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large private garden and an exclusive wellness area with a wood-fired Finnish sauna, steam bath and outdoor shower. It is the ideal choice for families, couples, groups of friends and professionals who wish to experience the mountains with privacy, comfort and authenticity, just a few minutes from Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. Every space has been designed to offer balance and wellbeing: natural materials, bio-architecture, designer furnishings, works of art, smart technology and a constant connection with the surrounding landscape. The four bedrooms ensure privacy and comfort for every guest. On the upper floor, there is a master suite with private bathroom and large window, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second bathroom. On the ground floor, a bedroom with bunk beds and private bathroom is perfect for children or teenagers. For guests who wish to work during their stay, Sylva also offers an office area with two dedicated workstations and free high-speed Wi-Fi: a quiet and bright space for smart working in the calm of the mountains.

The spacious kitchen, opening onto the dining area, is designed for convivial moments and includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, juicer, spices and a small wine cellar. Sylva Smart Lodge was created by restoring a historic mountain house according to sustainable building principles. It combines nature, privacy and comfort with 160 m² of carefully designed interiors, over 3,000 m² of private garden, artworks, smart technology and a wellness area reserved exclusively for guests.
Sylva accommodates up to 7 guests and is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends and multigenerational stays. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and spacious shared areas make it possible to enjoy time together while preserving everyone’s comfort and privacy.
Sylva has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a double suite with a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a steam bath. On the ground floor, there is a bunk bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A later arrival can be arranged upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 am. A member of our team will be present both upon arrival and departure to assist you with anything you may need.
